Movie Trailer Review, Episode 4
Went to see Casino Royale today and it didn’t fail to disappoint. My big complaint was that the trailers were proceeded by six commercials, ouch.
Rocky Balboa
This trailer really got me pumped. I love the Rocky movies, especially the fifth one. This trailer gives me the impression of a thrilling conclusion to an epic franchise.
Spiderman 3
This was a bad trailer. bad. I am excited to see this movie, but it is not because of this trailer. They showed the entire freaking movie and managed to make it look really dull and uninteresting. booooo. I can’t wait for this to open.
Have Fun on the Samurai Tour
Duncan Crew announced that they are going on tour of Japan ending up at the Asia Pacific Yo-yo Contest. They made this annoucement to various yo-yo meetings on November 18th when I shot this footage. John-Bot thinks they should have called it the Viking Samurai Tour because Viking Samurai rule. The music is a cover of Gin and Juice by Bandjoe.

I just have the worst luck. This morning I tried installing Fedora Core 6 on my desktop to dual boot with Vista RC1 and neither will work. I guess it’s back to the drawing board.

My customers have been all manor of disrespectful to me this week and have said countless disparaging words regarding my character. I have been called “idiot”, “asshole” and been accused of “not caring” and “dancing around the question”. I would like to take a moment to remind myself that none of this is true, and that I am actually a very intelligent, kind, and respectful person.
To make matters worse I decided that tomorrow morning I am going to set up my desktop to dual boot with Fedora Core 6. Then my computer will yell bad names at me too, except I’ll yell right back. Am I just asking for trouble?

iTunes, why must you loath me?
I use to get along with iTunes. Sometimes we would bicker and argue, but at the end of the day I would still fall asleep happy. Now it seems like iTunes hate me, and I can’t figure out why. Seriously iTunes, stop being such a jerk and just do what mom told you to.

YoyoWiki and Drown Radio
I got an email from Wilfred on Friday asking why YoyoWiki isn’t fully up and running yet, well that lit a fire under Harper and now we have a fully functioning Yoyowiki again. I have been editing like a mad man and we have got a few new people poking around, so hopefully the’ll jump on the editing bandwagon too. YoyoWiki is great and I couldn’t be happier to be editing it again. Weeeee!
And then there is Drown Radio, the instrumental sounds of Doctor Popular. I have been hosting drownradio.com since back when we were at b3studios. Up until now the site has just been a hacked blogger account but that wasn’t working to well so we decided to move it over to wordpress. I got in touch with BishopBlogWorks to create the look of the account using a wordpress theme. Now we are rolling on wordpress baby and it’s so much better.
