This was a great conversation.  I think my favorite part was when she had “never heard of that phone before” and that “I would need get to a sprint phone in order for it to work on the sprint network”.

Obviously I was a little confused about the vision packages, but that’s why I was looking to her for help.  *sigh*

I love customer service, I love it all over the place.
