Real Estate Update
And now our realtor quit on us. She offered to introduce us to another realtor that she recommends, but I’m not sure if we are gonna go that way. I just thought you might like to know.

Holy crap, what a sham. Which real estate company have you been going through? Perhaps you should talk to Adam’s step mother. She’s a realtor, and she’s pretty awesome.
It has nothing to do with real estate companies they do not buy or sell property. Real estate agents are self employed. Good and bad agents can be found through any company. The important this is to get refrences from people who have actually worked with the agent to make sure he or she has a good track record, experience and a reputation for satisfying cliets.

Thanks for the comments Mojolicious and Teresa! I should have said before that my Realtor accepted a job with a builder and will no longer be doing resale. I wish her the best of luck
It’s true, my step-mom is a Realtor, and she’s really quite nice and good for our type of people. She seems to like working with young-uns like us than normal middle-age folk like herself.
