Clear clean pond with fishies

After tons and tons of work we finally have a pond that has super happy fishies and is free and clear of algae. All that it took was purchasing a filter for the water pump. I guess we should have done that to begin with.
Snapped this picture with my camera phone but you can see the orange fishies in there along with the jumbled mess of the pump and filter and all the necessary hoses.

Will this new theme spur my blogging spirit?  Probably not.  I have felt for a long time that the old theme was far too narrow.  I like this one a lot better.  I need to get rid of that picture right up there and replace it with something, any suggestions? 

Maybe this winter, when I have a little bit more time on my hands, I’ll build my own theme from the ground up, I think I have the knowledge necessary to stumble through that process.

Here is a picture I took of a squirrel in my yard.  This is the red squirrel that is fast and funny.  Yesterday I had him trapped at the top of this post seen in the picture and he jumped a good 15 feet to the next tree… he didn’t quite make it, I would feel sorry for him but I think he wanted to try that jump just to see if he could do it.

10:40: Arrived at the station.  Aaron was just showing up too.

10:45: Carried water inside from Aaron’s truck.

10:50: Set up the heart set pieces.

10:55: Waited.

11:00: Aaron starts to tell me about his cousin Eric who does improv.

11:05: Eric shows up.

11:15: Jesse shows up.

11:20: Dan shows up.

11:25: Waited.

11:30: Waited.

11:35: Waited.

11:40: Waited.

11:45: I suggested that we run a scene.

11:50: Jessalyn shows up.  Dan suggests we should watch his entry for the 48 hour film festival.

11;55: Watched Dan’s film. 

12:00: Finished Dan’s film, it wasn’t bad.  I suggested we run a scene again.

12:05: Dan tries to figure out how to use his camera.

12;10: Talked about Die Hard.

12:12: Aaron asks me if I want to be the host.  WTF?

12:15: Hosted.

01:00: Packed up decided to go B3W’s.  YUM!

All in all it was a pretty good day.  no other actors showed up.  I think Aaron and Dan got a good grasp on what is going to work and what isn’t going to work and I think they’ll be able to rock it.
